Product Description
Vertical blades are filled with a controlled density, inert, rot and vermin proof, non-hydroscopic mineral wool, packed under not less that 5% compression to eliminate voids due to vibration and settling. The infill material is faced with a protective membrane to prevent migration. Standard RAL or BS colours. Anodizing to special order.
Designed to be fitted into apertures, stacked, bolted side by side or glazed into fenestration to reduce breakout noise from plant rooms, car parks, industrial buildings etc. May have an angle, channel or flat faced outerframe to suit various fixing options. Available with insect or bird mesh backing Units can be made any practical size taking into account overall weight and on-site handling conditions Frame depth 100mm. Maximum free area 33%. Weighted sound reducti on Index 11dB.
